GREENERLAWN Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between GREENERLAWN SERVICES LLC ("GREENERLAWN"), located at 3026 Sierra View Court, Imperial, MO 63052, and the undersigned customer (“Customer”). By scheduling services with GREENERLAWN, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Services Offered
Core Aeration: GREENERLAWN performs core aeration by removing small plugs of soil to alleviate soil compaction and improve root growth. Core aeration will be conducted on the Customer’s property as agreed upon during booking. However, GREENERLAWN reserves the right to exclude areas with steep hills or other hazards that may pose risks to employees, equipment, or customer’s property and health.
Over-seeding: GREENERLAWN performs over-seeding by planting grass seed directly into existing turf to enhance lawn density and appearance. While GREENERLAWN employs best practices, we do not guarantee the germination or growth of seeds due to various factors beyond our control.
The Works: A combination of core aeration and over-seeding services.
3. Pricing
Core Aeration: Starts at $85, subject to change based on the size of the property or serviceable area.
Over-Seeding: Starts at $95, subject to change based on the size of the property or serviceable area.
The Works: Starts at $160 per lawn for a combination of core aeration and over-seeding, subject to change based on the size of the property or serviceable area.
All pricing is subject to change at the discretion of GREENERLAWN, based upon size of property or serviceable area.
GREENERLAWN also may offer discounts and bundles at the discretion of GREENERLAWN at any given time.
There are no rescheduling or cancellation fees.
4. Service Areas
GREENERLAWN primarily services Jefferson County, MO.
5. Scheduling
Services are preferred to be scheduled online via our service booking form, but GREENERLAWN also accepts bookings in person or over the phone. Services are typically performed between sunrise and sunset. GREENERLAWN does not perform services in the dark.
GREENERLAWN may reach out to change reservations for customers depending on availability of GREENERLAWN staff or routes planned for a day.
6. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, or ACH payments.
Invoice: If we are unable to collect payment after our services are performed on the day of service, we will send an original invoice electronically to the email address provided by the Customer on file within 72 hours of services rendered by GREENERLAWN, and will contain instructions on how to make full electronic payment.
Payment Due Dates: Payment is expected for all services rendered by GREENERLAWN, no later than 14 days after receipt of original invoice. Original invoice will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
Late Payment Penalties: Late payments will incur a penalty of an additional 2% on top of original cost of the services rendered by GREENERLAWN, compounded every 30 days that payment is not received, at the discretion of GREENERLAWN. Customers that fail to pay an invoice within 60 days of the original invoice date for services rendered by GREENERLAWN, will be sent to a collection agency, at the discretion of GREENERLAWN.
7. Cancellation Policy
If the Customer needs to cancel a scheduled service, contact GREENERLAWN at (314) 329-7311 or greenerlawnmo@gmail.com. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours or more before the scheduled service date. If the Customer attempts to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service date, GREENERLAWN cannot guarantee that the service will be halted. The Customer will still be responsible for the full cost of services rendered if they have already been performed.
8. Liability and Insurance
GREENERLAWN is committed to providing high-quality services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, certain conditions and limitations apply:
8.1 Property Damage: GREENERLAWN is not responsible for any damage to property that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature such as heavy rain, flooding, drought, or other extreme weather conditions.
8.2 In-Ground Installations: Customers must inform GREENERLAWN of any in-ground installations (e.g., sprinkler systems, buried foreign objects, electric fences, etc.) that should be avoided prior to services rendered. GREENERLAWN is not liable for any damage to in-ground installations.
8.3 Third-Party and Government-Regulated Installations: The Customer acknowledges that GREENERLAWN assumes all utility providers have installed and buried utilities at depths that comply with Missouri state regulations (per https://www.sos.mo.gov/cmsimages/adrules/csr/current/7csr/7c10-3.pdf), which include the following minimum cover requirements:
• Water Lines: Minimum burial depth of 42 inches.
• Fiber Optic Cable (crossing, encased in rigid conduit): Minimum burial depth of 42 inches.
• Fiber Optic Cable (crossing, encased in polyethylene (PE) pipe): Minimum burial depth of 72 inches.
• Direct Burial and In-Trench Fiber Optic Cable (parallel): Minimum burial depth of 30 inches.
• All other Direct Burial Cable (parallel): Minimum burial depth of 24 inches.
• Uncased Polyethylene (PE) Gas Pipe Crossings: Minimum burial depth of 72 inches under ditches and roadways, 30 inches elsewhere.
• All Other Underground Utilities (e.g., gravity sewers, force sewers, electric): Minimum burial depth of 30 inches.
GREENERLAWN will not use aeration equipment that will go any deeper than 4” into Customer’s property/area of service.
If the Customer has concerns that any utility lines on their property may not meet these depth requirements or may be too shallow, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify Missouri One Call System (811) no later than three (3) working days prior to the scheduled GREENERLAWN service to ensure that all underground utility lines are properly located and marked.
GREENERLAWN shall not be held liable for any damage to, or costs associated with, the repair or replacement of any government-regulated or third-party installations that have not been properly marked by the Customer as required. GREENERLAWN will proceed with the scheduled services even if the utilities have not been marked by the Customer. In such instances, the Customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting damage to underground utilities, particularly if they have been buried at a depth less than what is required by Missouri law.
Furthermore, GREENERLAWN will not be responsible for the removal, relocation, or disturbance of any flags, markers, or paint applied by Missouri 811 on the Customer’s property or surrounding areas.
Important Notice: By entering into this agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring the proper identification and marking of all underground utilities prior to the provision of GREENERLAWN services. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GREENERLAWN and its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Customer’s failure to comply with these responsibilities, including but not limited to, damages resulting from utilities that have not been buried at the required depths as specified by Missouri law.
8.4 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, GREENERLAWN’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the services in question. In no event shall GREENERLAWN be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), equity, or otherwise.
8.5 Insurance Coverage: GREENERLAWN carries liability insurance to cover damages directly caused by our services. However, this insurance does not cover damages caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to undisclosed in-ground installations or acts of nature.
8.6 Customer Responsibilities: The Customer agrees to take all necessary precautions to prepare the service area and protect personal property. This includes removing obstacles and informing GREENERLAWN of any potential hazards.
8.7 Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GREENERLAWN, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Customer’s failure to disclose necessary information, negligence, or any other act or omission by the Customer.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible, clear of obstacles, and safe for GREENERLAWN’s services. We assume that all utility providers are responsible for burying their utilities at depths compliant with Missouri law. If the Customer has any concerns that utilities may be buried too close to the surface (such as telecommunications lines (internet, phone, etc.)), it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact Missouri One Call System (811) and request a utility locate no later than three (3) working days prior to the scheduled GREENERLAWN services.
GREENERLAWN will proceed with the scheduled services even if utilities have not been marked, assuming that there will be no conflicts with equipment and utilities. In such cases, the Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that may occur to underground utilities as a result of the service.
Following the core aeration and/or over-seeding services, it is the Customer’s responsibility to water the lawn within forty-eight (48) hours. Continued watering over the following weeks is recommended to maintain soil moisture, avoiding over saturation.
10. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes, please contact GREENERLAWN via email at greenerlawnmo@gmail.com or via phone at (314) 329-7311, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Jefferson County, MO.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
At GREENERLAWN, we stand behind the quality of our lawn care services, ensuring you can choose us with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we will work with you to address and resolve any concerns. While we cannot promise specific results due to variables such as soil conditions, weather, overall soil health, and the customer’s follow-up care, we do guarantee your satisfaction.
By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you acknowledge that GREENERLAWN does not guarantee the exact outcomes advertised and understand the inherent risks involved with lawn care services.
12. Electronic Signature Consent
GREENERLAWN accepts electronic signatures. By submitting the online booking form and checking the respective boxes agreeing to the Service Agreement, New Customer Guide, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, you agree to our services and the expectations as a customer.
Electronic Records: GREENERLAWN stores personally identifiable information in secure cloud databases to ensure the best service experience for our customers. Customer details are also used for marketing purposes, and customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
